National Congress Registration

U.S.A. - Canada National Congress, June 14‑17, 2019, Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts


Select the appropriate registration category below. Fill out this complete registration form for each person in your party who will be attending the congress. Be sure to sign up early, because the price will increase on April 30th. The congress will begin with the Interkona Vespero (Evening Get-together) at 7:00 PM on Friday, and will end on Monday at 1 PM.

The registration deadline for minors is May 12, 2019. Minors must be accompanied at all times during the congress by a parent or guardian.
The registration deadline for all others is May 29th, 2019.

No smoking (including electronic smoking devices), marijuana, or drug use permitted in any Emerson facility. No alcohol is allowed in the dormitory or in any meeting spaces. No open flames, candles, or incense. No firearms or weapons allowed on campus. No hoverboards are allowed on campus. There is a $75 charge for any room key and a $150 charge for any suite key that is not returned at checkout.

Parents or guardians of minors MUST sign a release form, releasing the college from all liability. The release form will be sent to your after the sign up is completed.
All participants in the congress must sign a video/photograph release form if they are willing to appear in pictures or videos of the congress. The release form will be sent to you after the sign up is completed.

Lodging is available in Emerson’s Colonial Residence (100 Boylston Street, Boston, MA). Lodging is in 1- and 2-person dorm rooms divided into suites with a shared bathroom. The college will provide a pillow, bedsheets, bath towels, and hand towels. Bring soap and toiletries. The bathrooms are communal; if you need a private bathroom, please indicate that below. Handicap-accessible rooms are available. The dormitory has an elevator. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the campus. There are hotels and a hostel nearby.

Most participants will stay three nights, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, (June 14th, 15th and 16th).
The Board of Directors will arrive on Thursday and stay an extra night, in order to attend the Board of Directors' meeting on Friday.

Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, and breakfast and lunch on Monday. You must purchase meals if you are staying on campus. It is possible to purchase dinner on Friday. The banquet is included for all attendees. If you are staying Wednesday or Thursday evening, breakfast is included for the following morning. There are many restaurants and cafes near the campus. Attendees cannot stay on campus without paying for meals.

The banquet is included in the base price of the congress.

A stipend is available for those who need financial help to attend the congress.

The annual national congress will be a multicolor gathering making the planet a place where everyone has voice and a place, a beautiful Rainbow!<br> Diversity of cultures will allow people to be without borders and discrimination. Peace will be the outcome.
